ABOUT Me
Born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Easton Edwards (he/they) grew up in a musically inclined household where he fell in love with singing. Raised in a household of athletes, they started to play soccer when he was four years old. His parents noticed during his soccer games that they would go off to the side of the field and do cartwheels instead of playing the game, so they put them in gymnastics. Easton was a nationally competitive gymnast from the time they were 6 until they were 13 years old. Their favorite event was the floor exercise, and he was a tumbling fanatic.
Easton graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelors of Music in Musical Theatre in 2020, and was a former member of the Kaleidoscope Dance Company at the University. They have gone on to perform in several university productions including: “Meet Me in St. Louis,” “Leap of Faith,” “Chicago,” “The Most Happy Fella,” and "Grease." Regionally, he has worked in productions including: "Newsies," "Kinky Boots," "Carousel," and many others.
Currently based in Washington Heights in New York City and was a former Covid Safety Manager for Broadway productions such as "Hangmen" formerly at the Golden Theatre, "MJ: The Musical" at the Neil Simon Theatre, and "Almost Famous" formerly at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre! Easton is represented by Michael Rodriguez with The Roster Agency based out of New York City! They were recently featured in Disney's "Beauty and the Beast" performed at the John W. Engeman Theater in Northport, New York!
